This particular selection has often been called “Lost Happiness”. It is a tender introspective work with beautiful lyric melodies exhibiting a sense of both happiness and loneliness. In this arrangement for saxophone quartet, the melody is shared among all four players, allowing each instrument a turn at becoming the singer.
