Danzas Tribales (Tribal Dances) is a three movement work that musically depicts several scenes of tribal life. Movement 1 - La Caza (The Hunt) portrays the searching for food. Movement 2 - Las Bebidas Espirituosas (The Spirits) portrays a tribal ritual of calling upon the Spirits for help. The final movement Guerreros (The Warriors) portrays the relentless drive of the fighting that might take place in a struggle with an enemy.
